Working in industry for over thirty years and having successfully held various Management positions, including, Production Manager, Engineering Manager and Operations Manager (for eleven years) in a diverse state of the art animal food & pet food production company. James has developed a strong reputation for delivering for businesses. James’ passion lies with working with people throughout all levels within organisations and delivering for businesses. For essential ‘delivery’ to take place within an organisation, it is critical that business leaders understand their role in developing a strong management team to implement their company strategy.
During his time working at Irelands largest private owned Animal Feed producing company, James managed several cross functional departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality Animal Feed. James also Project Lead on several innovative projects. James is a strong believer of growing people through Leadership & Development.
James is founder and owner of JPD Management and Consultancy Services. His life and professional experience allow James the opportunity to work with a wide range of industries.
